Elizabeth Lavoie led four players in double figures, scoring 32 points, including three 3-pointers, to go with 11 rebounds and seven assists for the Astros (2-0). Brooke Benz added 12 points and Kaylee Dupuis had 11 points while Hayden Leccese came off the bench to chip in with 11 points.
After the Blue Hawks (1-3) tied the game at 21 in the second quarter, the Astros closed the first half with a 12-0 run to lead 33-21 at the break. Pinkerton then outscored Exeter 22-6 over a six-minute stretch in the third quarter to take a 59-34 lead into the fourth.
Jessica Melick led the Blue Hawks with 16 points and Anna McGuinness added 10 points, as each hit a pair of 3-pointers. Karli Scherpf added six points.
Manchester Memorial 53, Merrimack 22
Torle Adumene had 12 points and four steals to lead the Crusaders to a win over the Tomahawks.
Avery Jenkins added a career-high nine points to go with seven rebounds and NyAsia McKelvey had eight points and nine boards.
Bedford 62, Windham 28
Kate Allard scored 21 points to help the Bulldogs (4-0) remain undefeated and hand the Jaguars (4-1) their first loss.
Lana McCarthy added 15 points while Lyla Stein and Sarah Muir were also in double figures with 10 points apiece for Bedford.
Windham got seven points from Meghan Husson while Erica Sovereign and Avery Steffanides each had six points.
St. Thomas 49, Conant 42
The Saints picked up a road victory over the Orioles behind 14 points and 10 rebounds from Genna Bolduc.

Manchester Memorial 62, Merrimack 51
Bory Bory had 19 points and seven rebounds to lead the Crusaders past the Tomahawks.
Malachai Koita added 11 points and five boards while Kellen Kay had six points and 11 rebounds and Jack Brooks had six points and eight rebounds for Memorial. The Crusaders were 12 of 14 at the line in the fourth quarter and outrebounded the Tomahawks 16-3 in the third.
David Roy led Merrimack with 16 points and Jensen Monroe had 13 points and grabbed six board. Jackson Rose added nine points.
Bedford 77, Windham 68
The Bulldogs rallied for a win over the Jaguars, getting 35 points from Luke Soden.
Profile 84, Colebrook 45
The Patriots picked up the road win behind 36 points from Josh Robie.
