Around the Granite State: Campbell boys basketball gets past Raymond

Logan Rice had a double double and the Campbell High School boys basketball team knocked off Raymond 64-54 on Friday.

Rice finished with 17 points and grabbed 14 rebounds for the Cougars (11-2) while Jack Breton had 13 points and eight rebounds. Luke Delia (four steals) and Cayden Deleon (nine assists) each added 12 points.

Matthew Haley also had nine points and four steals for Campbell.

Alvirne 54, Trinity 52

The Broncos held off the Pioneers to pick up their fourth win in a row.

Sammy DeWitt had 20 points to lead Alvirne (7-4) while Gabe Conrow finished with 12 points and Garrett Hall chipped in 10 markers.

Windham 63, Salem 55

Three players scored in double figures as the Jaguars snapped a three-game losing streak with a win over the Blue Devils.

Sam Roidoulis led the way for Windham (5-6) with 14 points while Jack Koutrobis added 12 points and Tyler Jordan had 10.

Girls Basketball

Oyster River 58, Souhegan 34

The Bobcats withstood a fast start by the Sabers and pulled away in the second half for the win.

Vivian O’Quinn led Oyster River (9-2) with 22 points and Olivia Andersen added 17 points. Wren Horne chipped in six points for the Bobcats.

Souhegan (4-7) got nine points from Caroline Drum while Zofia Rosenfield had eight points and Phoebe Foucher added seven markers.

Exeter 71, Winnacunnet 35

The Blue Hawks had four players score in double figures to knock off the Warriors.

Karli Scherpf had 20 points, five assists and four steals to lead Exeter while Anna McGuinness finished with 11 points and eight rebounds. Lexy Rogers had 10 points, five steals and four assists and Jess Melick added 10 points and grabbed 14 boards.

Emma Gillis chipped in with seven points and five assists for the Blue Hawks (6-5).

Manchester Central-West 51, Manchester Memorial 30

Adrianna Perron had 15 points to help lead Central-West to a win over the Crusaders.

Danasia Wani added 13 points while Marley Dotes and Josie Lefebvre each had six markers for Central-West.

Memorial got 10 points from Jaelyn Hartford while Jenavyzia Collazo had eight points and Elizabeth Champagne chipped in with four points.

Portsmouth 40, Keene 33

The Blackbirds dropped their fifth in a row, falling on the road to the Clippers.

McKenna Nelson had nine points to lead Keene (5-6) while Harper Zalaski added eight points.

Timberlane 48, Concord 28

The Owls defense gave up just nine points in the second half to get past the Crimson Tide.

Ella Lampron had 26 points to lead Timberlane (7-6) and Sam Mooney added 11 points.

Concord got 12 points from Abigail Lash and 10 points from Makayla Root.

Windham 45, Salem 42

The Jaguars bounced back from their first loss by getting a narrow win on the road over the Blue Devils.

Lilah Boucher led the way for Windham (10-1) with 16 points while Rileigh Finneran was also in double figures with 10 points. Meghan Husson chipped in nine points.

Lilly George hit four 3-pointers and had 17 points to lead Salem (7-5) while Makayla Burns and Lindsay Goetz each had nine points.
