NASHUA – The Exeter High School field hockey team broke open a scoreless game Wednesday night in the second half and held on for a 3-0 win over Bishop Guertin.

Callan Myers and Kelsey Hayward each had a goal in the third quarter to put the Blue Hawks (7-7) in front and Emma Cummings scored with 5:40 remaining to put the game away. Amalia Gloss finished with eight saves for Exeter, which as won three in a row.

The Cardinals (7-6) got 12 saves from goalie Ayla Saeturn.

Plymouth 3, ConVal 0

The Bobcats picked up the win over the Cougars in their Play For A Purpose fundraising game, to raise awareness about cerebrovascular disease, with funds going to support Plymouth Strong.

Serena McKenney put Plymouth (9-5) up in the second quarter while Lucia Sakin and Amelia Avery added goals in the fourth quarter to give the Bobcats breathing room. Peyton Moore and Harper Hesser each had an assist.

Hollis Brookline 4, Kennett 0

HOLLIS – The Cavaliers extended their unbeaten streak to eight with a win over the Eagles.

Sophie Wenzel, Caroline Crawford, Anna McGurk and Megan Eckman each had a goal for HB (10-2-1), as the Cavs outscored the Eagles 3-0 in the second half.

Kennett (5-9) got three saves from Pheona Troon.
