HOLLIS – Sabrina Hill and Cailean Roy combined for seven goals Wednesday night to help lead the Hollis Brookline High School girls lacrosse team to a 9-8 win over Bow.

Hill had three goals and three assists and Roy added four goals and an assist as the Cavaliers (4-3) came back twice to get the win. Samantha Smith also scored twice while Isabella Martinos, Naya Jernberg, Maddison Caetano, Juliette Ogren, McKenna Maguire and Elise Broadhurst played well defensively.

Addison Dougherty made 14 saves, including the 200th of her high school career.

Bow (6-1) got three goals apiece from Olivia Selleck and Ella Gray while Kate McGovern and Charlotte Duncan added a goal each.

No. 5 Pinkerton 10, Londonderry 5

The Astros outscored the Lancers 7-3 in the second half to break open a close game and win their seventh game in a row.

Hannah Lisauskas had four goals and two assists to lead Pinkerton (8-3) while Piper Knowlton had two goals and two assists. Hailey Schnider also scored twice while Bella Pinardi and Delaney Summers added a goal each.

Sara DiClemente finished with 12 saves for the Astros.

St. Thomas 22, Campbell 5

Kensley Harris had five goals and an assist, including the 100th point of her career, to help lead the Saints past the Cougars.

Cat Vetter and Kat Dornan each added four goals while Megan Leahy scored three goals. Charlotte De Tolla also had two scores while Julia Bryan, Makenzie Mason, Lizzy Holden and Reece Anderson added a goal apiece.

Brea Barker finished with five saves and Grace Talbot played well defensively while Julianna Grella dominated draw controls for St. Thomas.

Campbell got three goals from Ava Grant while Madeline Cuvelier and Lili Wilson each had a goal.

No. 3 Bishop Guertin 18, Merrimack 7

The Cardinals picked up the win, getting two goals and two assists each from Kamryn Schmitt, Anna Campel and Mariella Tomasello.

Abby Lynn, Jordan Gaebel, Lauren Redfern, Arianna Kouchalakos and Skylar Naftali also had two goals apiece. Bella Dawson and Sarah Brunelle also scored a goal each while Lola Dumont had an assist and eight draw controls and Kendra Haley also had an assist.

Haley Mitchell finished with four saves and Emmerson Danish had two.

Boys Lacrosse

No. 6 Timberlane 10, No. 8 St. Thomas 9 (2OT)

Rocco Psareas scored in the second overtime to help the Owls come back to beat the Saints.

Jack Condon led Timberlane with three goals and an assist and Landon Petry and Cole Gerry had two goals and an assist each. Psareas two assists to go with the game-winning goal while Austin Charest and Gary Shivell had a goal apiece.

The Owls jumped out to an early lead and were up 6-4 at halftime, but the Saints came back to take an 8-6 lead early in the fourth quarter. Shivell scored off a faceoff to get Timberlane within one and Jack Condon tied it with just over four minutes to play.

Charest’s goal gave the Owls the lead about a minute later, and they tried to run out the clock, but St. Thomas scored with nine seconds remaining to force overtime.

No. 4 Portsmouth 18, Hollis Brookline 9

Zac Amend led the way with seven goals and two assists as the Clippers cruised to a win over the Cavaliers.

Ben Purcell added four goals and two assists and Briggs Catino had a goal and four assists. Reilly Collins had two goals and two assists and Lucas Patten had two goals and one helper.

Alec Lawton and Cortland Barr scored a goal apiece while Andrew Tinerman, Will Landry and Reece Green played well defensively. AJ Craig and Kai Paterson combined for six saves while Sam Biddle was 20 of 23 on faceoffs and had an assist.

Ben Dufoe and Mike O’Hearn had four goals apiece for HB. Colin Magnuszewski also scored while Vittorio Masoni and JP Torgersen had assists.

No. 7 Pinkerton 9, No. 10 Londonderry 7

The Astros outscored the Lancers 3-1 in the third quarter and held on for the win.

Cole Summers had two goals and three assists for Pinkerton while Matt Gormady scored three times. Matt Morrison and Cody Santomassimo each had a goal and an assist while Adam Scala and Ben Quintiliani had a goal apiece.

Owen Perkins had seven saves and Dylan Stingel was 13 of 20 on faceoffs.

Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough 10, Milford 4

The Spartans went on the road to face the Lakers, but came up short.

Braydon Atwood scored twice for Milford while Mitch Broadhurst scored his first goal. Tyler Descoteaux added a goal and an assist.

Brennan Cassidy finished with 11 saves for the Spartans.

Bishop Brady 12, Trinity 4

The Giants picked up their second win of the season by beating the Pioneers.

Luke Matczynski had three goals and three assists while Joey Richardson and Jack Devlin each had three goals and two assists. Drake Bekkar added two goals and two assists while Ben Abromowich had a goal and a helper.

Ian Miller finished with eight saves while Josh Lamparelli, Oscar Pupillo and Evan Dow played well defensively. Jason Doyle went 10 for 17 on faceoffs.

Concord 14, Dover 7

Carter Doherty had four goals and six assists to lead the Crimson Tide to the win.

Morin and Chorlian each had three goals and an assist while Haas and Beauregard added a goal apiece. Shimer played well in goal while Colby, Nichols, Pelchat and Wyatt were solid defensively.

Laconia 8, Kearsarge 4

Carson Tucker had four goals and an assist to help lead the Sachems past the Cougars.

Sam Mize added a goal and an assist and Brody Rollins finished with three assists. JP Harriman, Brady Stevens and Paul Ganchi all had a goal apiece.

Stephen Mingo Timmins came up with a pair of saves late to keep Laconia ahead while Alex Richardson and Chris Amato played well defensively and Eli Nadeau was solid on faceoffs.

No. 2 Bedford 20, Manchester 4

Bennett Matthews had five goals and two assists as the Bulldogs rolled past the Kings.

JJ Gaffney added four goals and an assist and Luke Purnell had three scores while Derek Kulesza (one assist) and Sam Barad each scored twice. Brody Helton, Kevin Mastrodicasa and Parker Gupta had a goal apiece.

Drew Redfern scored three times and had two assists while Caleb Yeung and Micah Dunsmoor (one assist) each scored twice. Cam Hayden had three assists while Sean McGarry, Owen King, Beau Dubois and Jackson Warren each had a goal and an assist.

Hudson Schmitt and Carter Jozokos also scored a goal apiece while Liam Connerty and Brady Donoghue each had an assist.

Conor Dunn had both goals for Merrimack while Hudson Rousseau had an assist. Mason Tremblay finished with 24 saves.
