MERRIMACK – Aubrey Fitzgerald had a goal and an assist to help lead the Timberlane Regional High School field hockey team to a 2-1 win Friday over Merrimack.

Rylee O’Conner scored the game-winning goal with 12:34 remaining in the fourth quarter, deflecting a shot by Fitzgerald on a penalty corner into the goal. Timberlane (2-1) took the lead on Fitzgerald’s goal with 3:04 remaining in the first quarter.

Austin Peters finished with five saves for the Owls.

Allie Wyand scored for the Tomahawks (0-2-1) off a penalty corner to tie the game with 3:15 left in the second quarter. Annabella Cassetty finished with 10 saves for Merrimack while Kelsey Ledoux also played well defensively.

Monadnock 2, Newfound 1 (OT)

Jolene Boudette scored with 3:50 remaining in overtime to give the Huskies the win over the Bears.

Boudette had both goals for Monadnock (1-1), as she gave her team a 1-0 lead at the 10:30 mark of the third quarter. Newfound forced overtime by scoring with 4:13 left in regulation.

The game-winner came off a rebound of a shot by Charleigh Bohannon while Makayla Harwood finished with 17 saves for the Huskies.

The win was the first for Monadnock (1-1) since Oct. 10, 2023, snapping a 15-game winless streak.

No. 4 Dover 3, Nashua North 0

Hannah Deroy had two goals to lead the Green Wave to a win over the Titans.

Mya Kageleiry also scored for Dover (3-0, No. 4 in the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHSSSports Coaches Poll) and Hannah Calhoun added an assist. The Green Wave finished with 19 penalty corners.

Salem 2, Concord 0

Averie Bolduc and Lia Bokuniewicz each scored their first varsity goals to help lead the Blue Devils past the Crimson Tide.

Heather Lee O’Rourke added an assist on the goal by Bokuniewicz while Nathalia Garcis made four saves.

No. 7 Hollis Brookline 5, ConVal 0

Caroline Crawford had two goals for the Cavaliers as they beat the Cougars.

Brooke Bouchard scored on a penalty corner and Anna McGurk and Lilly Hamilton also had goals for HB (2-0).

No. 2 Pinkerton 10, Manchester 1

Seven players scored for the Astros as they rolled to a win over the Kings.

Gwen Lee had two goals and two assists and Jordyn Schreiber had two goals, including her first on varsity, and added an assist while Meaghan Shea also scored twice for Pinkerton (2-1).

Fran Doyle scored a goal and had an assist while Ashley Clouthier and Cayden Madeiros each scored their first varsity goals. Jada Vasquez chipped in with an assist while Catherine Terrile and Ayvree Hamilton played well.

John Stark 3, Derryfield 0

Addie DeCew scored twice and the Generals picked up a win over the Cougars.

Zoe Lawson added a goal and an assist for John Stark (3-0) and Maxine Lundeen also had a helper. Kaitlin Dennis played well defensively in front of goalie Rowin Ledy.
