Around the Granite State: Merrimack boys lacrosse shuts out Nashua South

Henry Tobin has three goals and an assist to help the Merrimack High School boys lacrosse team to an 8-0 win Friday over Nashua South.

Cayden Dine added a goal and two assists while Peyton Connelly and Sean Anderson had a goal and an assist apiece for the Tomahawks (5-3, No. 7 in the MerchSquared.com/NHHSSports Coaches Poll).

Gabe Gorman and Gavin Hickey each had a goal and Hudson Rousseau had an assist. Mason Tremblay finished with seven saves.

Merrimack also saw the return of senior Jake Miller, who had been out since the beginning of last season after being diagnosed with cancer in April of 2024.

Londonderry 16, Hollis Brookline 8

Colby Walden had five goals and three assists to help the Lancers pick up a win over the Cavaliers.

Owen Huard added three goals and three assists and Trey Campbell scored four goals for the Lancers (4-2). Brody Campbell added a goal and two assists.

Aidan Stowell (one assist), Cam Ayotte and Odin Delorey had a goal apiece while Blake Thompson and Austin Callahan each had an assist. Callahan was also solid on the wing on faceoffs with 10 groundballs while Drew Allen and Griffin Cunningham split faceoff duties.

Ayotte and Andrew Cote played well defensively and Broch St. Gelais made eight saves.

Girls Lacrosse

No. 3 Pinkerton 20, Goffstown 4

Hannah Lisauskas had four goals and six assists and Delaney Summers had four goals and five assists to lead the Astros past the Grizzlies.

Bella Petralia scored three goals and had an assist while Sookie Folsom had two goals and two assists and Francesca Doyle and Elise Collins chipped in two goals and an assist each.

Ava Michelinie scored twice and Mia Eckerman scored once while Sara DiClemente had seven saves and Paige Fenner had three saves.

Sydney Lavoie had two goals and an assist for Goffstown (1-6 in D2) while Trinity Lunn had a goal and Mia Brissette also scored and had six draw controls. Dominique Webb finished with six saves.

No. 6 Exeter 18, Concord 4

Phoebe Christenson scored five goal and had an assist for the Blue Hawks, as they rolled past the Crimson Tide.

Karli Scherpf added two goals and four assists while Grace McIlroy, Racquel Battle and Anna Lieberman each scored two goals.

Kate Hyles had a goal and an assist while Kelsey Hayward, Riley Benevides, Claire Wilhelm and Hailey O’Kane scored a goal apiece. Brooke Battle added an assist and Molly Byrne finished with two saves.
