NASHUA – Chase McBride scored three goals to help lead the Nashua North-Souhegan boys hockey team to a 4-1 win Wednesday over Nashua South-Pelahm at Conway Arena.

McBride scored two goals just 1:21 apart in the first period to give the SaberTitans (2-2) a 2-0 lead while Jake Landry added a goal and two assists. Callen Cullity also had an assist for North-Souhegan, which hadn’t played since a 6-5 loss to Bow last Wednesday.

Brendon Doughty had the lone goal for the Kings (1-4), as he scored at 1:55 of the third period to get South-Pelham on the board.

Concord 2, Bow 1

Jaden Haas scored the game winner late in the third period to give the Crimson Tide a win over the Falcons.

Cam Chandonnet and Carter Doherty assisted on the goal for Concord while Rowan Arndt had the opening goal in the second period.

Aidan Lebrecque had the goal for Bow while Mason Marquis made 26 saves.

Somersworth-Coe-Brown 4, Alvirne-Milford 0

The Bearcats got the win, as AJ Kozlowski led the way with a goal and two assists.

Aidan Tibbetts added a goal and an assist and Giovanni Green and James Norris also scored. Tully Keefe and Owen Perra each had two assists and Dylan Cossette made 26 saves.

Manchester 3, Trinity 0

Ryan Marden scored twice to help lead Manchester to a win over the Pioneers. Cade Tripp also had a goal in the win.

Girls Hockey

Manchester 3, Bedford 1

The Kings picked up the win behind two goals from Jamie Webster.

Ryleigh McNelly also scored and Chloe Gilroy made 15 saves for Manchester.

Boys Basketball

Franklin 72, Mount Royal 31

The Golden Tornadoes picked up their first win on the road thanks to a career-high 25 points from Nathan Holmes.

Bedford 81, Exeter 58

The Bulldogs remained unbeaten on the year with a road win over the Blue Hawks.

Luke Soden led the way with 36 points for Bedford and Brady O’Connell had 15 points.
