NASHUA – The Nashua High School South girls lacrosse team broke open a close game in the second quarter and cruised to a 12-4 win Thursday against Dover.

The Panthers outscored the Green Wave 7-0 in the second quarter and led by 11 goals going into the fourth quarter.

Maren Lowell led South (10-4, No. 9 in the MerchSquared.com/NHHSSports Coaches Poll) with six goals while Carly Benzekri had three goals and Addie Borden scored twice. Briley Landsteiner also had a goal.

Lilee Petricca (one save) and Emme Herlihy (four saves) split time in goal while Nevaeh Eppolitto, Karina O’Donnell, Lexi McGuire, Karina Santana, Nitzann Alkalay and Maddie Langer played well defensively.

Kaitlyn Bastille and Reese Sanders each had two goals for Dover (5-6) while Maggie Berry made nine saves.

Manchester Memorial 15, Spaulding 9

The Red Raiders fell behind by 10 goals but rallied to cut the lead to three before the Crusaders pulled away.

Rachel Baughman had five goals to lead Spaulding while Haley Brackett, Aivah Helton, Sydney Cormier and Naomi Brake had a goal apiece. Izzy Orrell had 12 saves for the Red Raiders.

Keene-Monadnock 16, Alvirne 7 (Wednesday)

Cadence Bice had four goals to lead the Broncos but they came up short against the Blackbirds.

Alanna Tardiff, Taylor Small and Audrienna Chipperini also had a goal apiece for Alvirne while Fiona Duggan finished with 19 saves.

Boys Lacrosse

Laconia 15, Milford 0

Six players had goals for the Sachems, as they blanked the Spartans.

Brady Stevens had four goals and an assist to lead the way while Rock Londer (one assist) and Eli Nadeau had three goals apiece. Paul Ganchi also scored twice and had an assist.

Cam Lacroix and Will Strafford each added a goal while Kam Theos had two assists. Stephen Ming0-Timmins and Alex Prescott combined for the shutout in goal while Will Stafford did well on faceoffs.

Milford got 21 saves from goalie Rocco Bartling.

No. 9 Londonderry 15, Souhegan 4

Owen Huard had three goals and three assists for the Lancers as they picked up a win over the Sabers.

Brody Campbell scored four goals while Blake Thompson had three goals and an assist and Colby Walden had a goal and three assists for Londonderry (7-4). Trey Campbell (one assist) and Parker Lewis also had two goals apiece.

Cam Ayotte had two assists while also causing five turnovers and recording eight groundballs. Drew Allen also had an assist while Dillon Tufts and Andrew Cote played well on defense. Kyle Woodward, Kody Playdon, Connor Woodward, Tyler Knapp and Declan Brown were solid at midfield.

Windham 11, Nashua North 3

The Jaguars snapped a four-game skid with a win over the Titans.

Sam Kramer led Windham (5-7) with five goals while Evan Artizzone and Evan Dell Orfano had three goals apiece.

North got two goals from Nick Wilkinson while Nico Bottari also scored. Jack Krulikowski had five groundballs and Josh Parsons made 27 saves.

No. 10 Timberlane 17, Alvirne 4

The Owls got goals from seven players as they picked up a big win over the Broncos.

Landon Petry led the way with six goals and three assists while Rocco Psareas had five goals and four assists. Dylan Lindblad scored twice and Gavin Dubois had a goal and an assist for Timberlane (9-2).

Cam Bonfilio, Gio Recesso and Jeremy Mlocek added a goal apiece while Spencer Munson had an assist and Mark St. Jean recorded 15 faceoff wins.

Bishop Brady 10, Gilford 5

Anthony Dow scored three goals to help lead the Giants past the Golden Eagles.

Joey Richardson added two scores for Bishop Brady (6-2) while Ian Miller and Cam Fortier each had a goal in the win.

No. 5 Derryfield 15, Concord 3

Ryan Maxwell had three goals and five assists and RJ Proulx also had three goals to go with three assists as the Cougars beat the Crimson Tide.

Emerson Stover scored four goals for Derryfield (12-0 in D2) while Dom Cercone had two goals and two assists and Brady Doldo had two goals and one assist.

Heath Mueller added a goal and an assist while Liam England made five saves and Jax DeYoung had two stops.

Jaden Haas had a goal and was 10 of 13 on faceoffs for Concord (5-9). Eugene Conn and Liam Yeatman also had a goal apiece and Henry Snow finished with seven saves.

Campbell 6, Plymouth 5 (Wednesday)

The Cougars came back from a 5-1 deficit at halftime on the road to hand the Bobcats their first loss.

Tyler Breton had three goals for Campbell while Matthew Decarli had a goal and an assist. Cruz Sandquist and Nate Lencki also had a goal apiece.

Zac Hannah, Sam Morrison and Logan Barka each added an assist while Will O’Brien made 12 of his 22 saves in the fourth quarter.

Boys Volleyball

Hollis Brookline 3, Bishop Guertin 0

The Cavaliers continued to roll with a sweep of the Cardinals. Game scores were 25-20, 25-15 and 25-8.

HB (11-0) got 17 service points and eight kills from Alex Howe while James Kelly, Jameson Evelyn and Liam Gagne combined for 14 kills.

Sam Hersey had 25 assists and Zac Wu was solid defensively with six digs and 15 service points.

Boys Tennis

Nashua North 5, Pinkerton 4 (Wednesday)

The Astros dropped a close match to the Titans, falling in two of the doubles matches 9-7 after the teams split in singles.

Arav Mahajan won the No. 1 singles match and Mason Treadwell got the win at No. 2, and the pair teamed up for a win at No. 1 doubles. Quintin Malony also got a win at No. 6 singles.
