Around the Granite State: Timberlane boys lacrosse jumps on Oyster River-Newmarket early (video)
Here are results from Monday’s high school sports action.
PLAISTOW – The Timberlane Regional High School boys lacrosse team scored four goals in less than three minutes to start Monday’s game and rolled to a 17-8 win over Oyster River-Newmarket.
The Owls (4-1, No. 7 in the NHHSSports Coaches Poll) did the same to open the second half to get the game into running time.
Austin Charest led the way for Timberlane with six goals and an assist while Jack Condon added three goals and an assist and Michael Savage and Landon Petry had three goals apiece. Gary Shivell and Rocco Psareas also had a goal apiece.
Joe Hughes finished with nine saves for the Owls while Bryce Carty had two.
Oyster River-Newmarket (3-3) got three goals and an assist from Jake Failla. Tyler Callander added a goal and an assist while Alex Moody, Dee Tsakiris and Talon Beyer each had a goal. Cole Norris made 10 saves.

Campbell 12, Gilford 0
Andrew Willnus had three goals and five assists to lead the Cougars to a shutout win over the Golden Eagles.
Zach Hannah added four goals for Campbell (5-0) while Cruz Sandquist, Nathan Lencki and Brandon Portillo had a goal and an assist each. Tyler Breton and Cam Breton also had a goal apiece and Colby West added an assist.
Will O’Brien made three saves and Lucas Craig was 10 of 11 on faceoffs and had 11 groundballs.
Keene-Monadnock 11, Nashua North 5
Brody Sutton had three goals for the Titans, but it wasn’t enough against the Blackbirds.
Dylan Noble added two goals while Jace Colon made five saves and Josh Parsons had three for North.
Manchester 6, Nashua South 3
The Kings picked up their second win of the season, getting a victory at home over the Panthers
Joey Roberge, Talen Perron and Cade Tripp each had two goals for Manchester (2-2) and Brady Harrison added an assist. Cam Roberge finished with 10 saves.
Girls Lacrosse
No. T4 Pinkerton 10, No. T4 Souhegan 9
Hannah Lisauskas had three goals and three assists to help lead the Astros to a win over the Sabers.
Lisauskas also recorded her 100th career goal and 200th career point for Pinkerton (4-3) while Hailey Schnider added three goals. Bella Pinardi had two goals and an assist and Delaney Summers also scored twice.
Sara DiClemente made 10 saves for the Astros.
Souhegan (3-2) got three goals and two assists from Lyla Kimball while Izzy Stevenson (one assist) and Libby Kennedy each scored twice. Natalie Heimarck added a goal and Abby Giannetti and Lanai Hickman had an assist apiece.
Sophie Jacobs and Allison Jordan played well for the Sabers.
No. 9 Nashua South 13, Merrimack 6
Karina O’Donnell and Morgan Uzdanovich each had three goals for the Panthers, as both reached career milestones in a win over the Tomahawks.
Uzanovich also had six assists and recorded her 100th career points, while O’Donnell also had nine draw controls to give her over 100 in her career.
Ella Benzekri recorded five goals and an assist and Saige Devins also scored. Keira Walsh made four saves for South (4-2) while Abbey Benotti, Audrey Mullaney, Brynn Tefft and Karina Santana played well defensively.
Derryfield 18, Nashua North 5
Lilly Handwerks had five goals and two assists to lead the Cougars to a big win over the Titans.
Maddy Paolino scored six goals for Derryfield while Chloe Bremberg had two goals and four assists. Teagan Peabody and Alex Benson also had goals and an assist apiece.
Lily Kfoury made eight saves, giving her over 300 saves for her career, and Bri Murray had nine draw controls.
Goffstown 10, Hollis Brookline 9
Cailean Roy played a great all-around game, but it wasn’t enough, as the Cavaliers came up short on the road against the Grizzlies.
Roy had five goals to go with eight draw controls and eight groundballs. Sabrina Hill added a goal and three assists and Samantha Smith scored twice and had a helper.
Elise Broadhurst also had a goal while Teagan Arbogast and Juliette Ogren had an assist apiece. Addy Dougherty finished with 10 saves.
No. 8 Windham 19, Spaulding 0
Chloe Hall had six goals and an assist to help the Jaguars past the Red Raiders.
Emma Kendzulak scored three goals and had an assist while Sophia Ponzini and Ella Gallinelli had two goals and two assists each. Mia Gallinelli, Anna Harthamm and Abby Labonville (one assist) scored two goals apiece.
Sophie Manchester and Darby Madden each chipped in with an assist.
