NASHUA – Shawn O’Neil scored 24 points to help led the Trinity High School boys basketball team to a 59-48 win Friday over Nashua North.

O’Neil hit three 3-pointers and was 9 of 11 at the free throw line as the Pioneers (8-2 in Division I) were 14 of 17 as a team and hit seven 3s. Connor Cote added 12 points, with two 3s and a 4-for-4 performance at the line.

Jordan Torres added eight points for Trinity, which bounced back after a five-point loss at Exeter on Tuesday.

North got 18 points from Robinson Rodriguez, as the senior had three 3-pointers, and Alize Roig-Cortes added 12 points, including two 3s. Josh Sullivan also had 12 points for the Titans (3-7), which dropped its fourth in a row.

Campbell 77, Prospect Mountain 52

The Cougars got a big game Friday from Logan Rice and Jack Breton as they rebounded from having their six-game win streak snapped on Wednesday.

Rice had 22 points and 10 rebounds while Breton finished with 20 points and also grabbed 10 boards. Cayden DeLeon had 12 points to go with 11 assists and Luke Delia also had 12 points and recorded five steals for Campbell (10-2 in D3).

Spaulding 62, Manchester Central 49

The Red Raiders picked up their second win in the last three games, beating the Little Green on the road.

Marcel Rose led the way for Spaulding (3-7 in D1) with 20 points while Brayden Crittenden, Kyran Jeapierre and Nate Sanchez-Martinez each added 11 points.

St. Thomas 52, Hopkinton 38

Cole McClure scored 12 points to help lead the Saints to a win over the Hawks.

Finely De Tolla and Ryan Allard each added 11 points for St. Thomas (8-2 in D3), which won for the second time this week.

Belmont 79, White Mountains 46

The Raiders improved to 11-1 in D3 with a win over the Spartans.

Keagan Martinez led the way for Belmont with 23 points while Anakin Underhill added 16 points. Treyshawn Rey chopped in 15 points in the win.

Girls Basketball

Pinkerton 59, Salem 57

The Astros trailed by eight points heading into the fourth quarter, but outscored the Blue Devils 25-15 and won on a buzzer-beater from Sydney Gerossie.

Gerossie finished with 21 points, including five 3-pointers, and Kaylee Dupuis added 17 points, with two 3s, for Pinkerton (9-1 in D1). Emily Leonard added eight points in the win.

Makayla Burns hit six 3s and had 20 points to lead Salem (7-3) while Lindsay Goetz had 14 points and Nicole Ringshal had 10 points, with two 3s.

Nashua South 55, Portsmouth 50

The Panthers snapped a three-game skid by handing the Clippers their first loss at home this season.

Addie Borden led South (5-5) with 24 points while Nicole De Jesus had nine points and Brooke Berger recorded six points.

Nashua North 58, Trinity 48

The Titans won for fifth time in their last six games, as they got 18 points from Aidan Walker and Lily Small.

Small hit three 3-pointers for North (5-4) and Angela King had two 3s and 12 points while Madelyn Tino played well defensively.

Jodi Erilla led the Pioneers with 15 points and Sadie Mungere finished with 11 points.

Oyster River 63, Milford 58

The Bobcats had three players score in double figures as they held off the Spartans for the win.

Vivian O’Quinn had 19 points to lead Oyster River (7-2 in D2) and Oliva Andersen added 18 points. Ashling Ferris recorded 16 points in the win and Wren Horne had seven markers.

Goffstown 53, Manchester Memorial 33

The Grizzlies snapped a four-game slide with a road win over the Crusaders.

Jenna Shannon and Reece Still each had 12 points for Goffstown (2-7 in D1) while Meredith Winterburn recorded nine points and Morghan Dodge had eight.

Avery Jenkins led Memorial (1-9) with 10 points.

Manchester Central-West 51, Spaulding 39

The Red Raiders came up short against Central-West despite having two players score in double figures.

Meagan Uraskevich had 13 points, including three 3s, for Spaulding and Damiya Perkins recorded 12 points. Sydney Daly had two 3-pointers to finish with six points.

Leyla Mohammed led Central-West with 21 points and Adrianna Perron had 14 points, with two 3s.

Bedford 70, Merrimack 21

The Bulldogs scored 27 points in the first quarter and never looked back in a win over the Tomahawks.

Kate Allard led all scorers with 19 points for the Bulldogs (10-0 in D1) while Juliet Laws added nine points and Sarah Muir chipped in eight markers.

Kesley Ledoux, Avarly Cruz and Natalia Maglio each had five points for Merrimack.

Concord Christian 66, Keene 47

The Blackbirds dropped their third straight, this time on the road against the Kingsmen.

McKenna Nelson led Keene with 13 points and six rebounds while Isabell Parham-Brown had nine points and Izabelle Payne had seven points. Harper Zalaski finished with five markers and six rebounds.

Derryfield 67, Souhegan 60

Caroline Drum had a career-high 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Sabers battled with the undefeated Cougars.

Zofia Rosenfield had a double double with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Souhegan and Lanai Hickman added 14 points and seven boards.

Derryfield got 22 points from Bre McCabe while Anna Fazelat finished with 20 points.

Coe-Brown 54, Timberlane 49

Sam Mooney hit seven 3-pointers and finished with 27 points for the Owls, but they fell to the Bears on Thursday.

Ella Lampron added 13 points for Timberlane (5-6 in D1).

Coe-Brown got 22 points from Emma Lapierre and 14 points from Hannah Meehan.
