BEDFORD – When the calendar flips to February, on some nights, it’s just about getting a win.
That was the message Kevin Gibbs shared with the Bedford High School girls basketball team after Monday’s 52-42 win over Manchester Central.
After the Bulldogs lead by as many as 13 points in the first half, the Little Green cut the lead down to four points twice in the second half, holding Bedford to eight points in the third quarter and forcing the Bulldogs out of their game plan.
