Nashua North's Kyle Turner was one of two Titans to receive all-state first-team honors.

The Bedford and Nashua North high school baseball teams both reached the semifinals of the playoffs in their respective divisions this season. No surprise that the two teams combined to put 13 players on the all-state teams.

The Bulldogs landed seven players on the Division II team, including three on the first team, while the Titans had six players named Division I all-state, three on each team.

In all, 32 players from the area received all-state honors.

In Division I, North’s Joe Breen and Kyle Turner were named to the first team, along with Merrimack’s Spencer Damon and Patrick Parker, Nashua South’s Ryan Gendron and Bishop Guertin’s Cody Gilchrist.

Matt Fortin and Louis Tarantino of North were named to the second team, as were Christian Ferlun and Al McQuarrie of Bishop Guertin and Tom Hudon and Jackson King of Merrimack. Locals on the third team include North’s Brandon Karkhanis and Connor Root, Merrimack’s Ryan Dupont and Chase Distasio, Alvirne’s Ethan Hurley and South’s Jared Maloney.

Bedford’s Zach Husband, Joe Maher and Luke Olen received Division II first-team honors, along with Souhegan’s Terry Dugdale and Hollis/Brookline’s Mike Chase. Second-team honors went to Ryan Gancarz, Mike Skilton and Justin Walsh of Bedford, H/B’s Mitch Frick and Souhegan’s Robby McCormick.
