NASHUA – The Bishop Guertin High School boys basketball team went into halftime of Friday night’s game against Nashua North looking to regroup.
After the Cardinals went up by as many as a 11 points in the first quarter, the Titans punched back, going on a run to turn the second quarter into a back-and-forth affair.
With time to collect itself during the break, Bishop Guertin stormed out of halftime to open the third quarter with a 21-6 run to take control of the game, and after a few interesting moments late, held on for an 81-70 win over Nashua North.
