Dakota Bilodeau scored off a pass from Priscilla Bibeau in overtime to give the Bishop Guertin High School field hockey team a 3-2 win over Merrimack on Friday.

The Cardinals led 2-0 in the second half before the Tomahawks came back to tie it and force overtime on a goal by Megan King with less than 10 minutes to play.

Mckenna Gosselin got the scoring started, putting Bishop Guertin up 1-0 with three minutes left in the first half. Bonnie Gillis got the assist, and then gave the Cardinals a two-goal lead midway through the second half.

Hunter Webb got Merrimack on the board late, scoring off a pass from September Ven, and King’s goal, off an assist from Amber Brewster, would tie it.

Greta Reilly made seven saves in goal for Bishop Guertin while Merrimack’s Heather Roche stopped six shots.
