Bishop Guertin football to be featured on latest installment of ‘The Season’

Coming off a postseason appearance, and with more than a handful of starters returning, the Bishop Guertin High School football team has big expectations for 2022.

We’ll be right there to share the ups and downs of the Cardinals’ year with you.

NH-HighSchoolSports.com is excited to announce Bishop Guertin will be featured on “The Season,” a behind-the-scenes series featuring high school sports teams in New Hampshire, for the fall of 2022. It will be the first time the Cardinals football program will be featured and the fourth time for a team from Bishop Guertin.

Episodes of “The Season: Bishop Guertin Football” will be posted every Thursday throughout the regular season and playoffs, starting with the first one on Sept. 1.

This is the third time a football team will be the focus of “The Season,” and the first in seven years, following Bedford in 2014 and Goffstown in 2015. Other Bishop Guertin teams featured include boys lacrosse in 2014 and 2018 and girls basketball, which was cut short in 2020 by the Covid-19 pandemic.
