Boys Lacrosse Roundup: Lebanon holds on to hand Bow first loss (video)
Here are results from Tuesday’s high school boys lacrosse action.
BOW – VJ Sites scored what proved to be the game-winning goals with 4:21 remaining and the Lebanon High School boys lacrosse team held on for an 11-10 win Tuesday night against Bow.
Sites finished with two goals and two assists while Evan Thibideau had four goals and Bentley Lang had three goals and an assist for the Raiders (6-1). Abe Pearson added a goal and two assists but left the game early after getting slashed on the arm.
Jesse Madory also had a goal and Logan Mason recorded 12 saves for Lebanon.
Bow (7-1) got four goals from Wyatt Premo while Niko Mallios had two goals and an assist. Parker Kazanowski, TJ Ingalls, Kian O’Leary and Sam Bennett had a goal apiece and Brad Ekstrom made 15 saves.
The game was the first boys lacrosse night game played at Bow High School.
Bishop Brady 7, Trinity 6
Joey Richardson scored four goals to help the Giants win their fourth in a row by beating the Pioneers.
Jonah VanderHooven added two goals for Bishop Brady (5-3), which has won four one-goal games this year. Ryan Haught added a goal and two assists.
Merrimack 9, Concord 7
Cayden Dine had five goals and an assist to lead the Tomahawks to the win over the Crimson Tide.
Sean Anderson added two goals and an assist while Shea Scott had three assists for Merrimack (7-4). Gavin Hickey had a goal and an assist while Gabe Gorman had a goal and Josh Kahn had an assist.
Mason Tremblay recorded 11 saves in the win.
St. Thomas 8, Windham 4
The Jaguars dropped their second straight game on the road, falling to the Saints.
Sam Kramer had a goal and an assist while Evan DellOrfano, Cameron Terry and Josh Trudel had a goal apiece for Windham (7-5).
Nolan Lamb and Gordon Chik had three groundballs apiece and Jack Tanson made 12 saves.
Bedford 26, Nashua North 6
Nick Wilkinson had two goals for the Titans in a loss to the Bulldogs.
Jack Russin-Morgan scored his first varsity goal while Nico Bottari, Jared Gauthier and Ricky McKenzie each had a goal for North (2-9). Josh Parson recorded 12 saves.
