Defense, momentum swings gave Goffstown a successful return to football

It was tough to tell the way Baguidy played in the first half of the Grizzlies’ 28-7 win over Bedford.
With Goffstown up a touchdown early in the second quarter, and the Bulldogs on the verge of starting a drive, Bedford quarterback Joe Mikol threw deep down the middle of the field for teammate Andrew Grudinskas. Baguidy, who has been on the Grizzlies’ varsity basketball team since his freshman year, beat out Grudinskas for the jump ball, giving Goffstown a first down at its own 27-yard line.
