CONCORD – The Memorial Field scoreboard was off the entire game but the Derryfield School boys lacrosse team did its best to light it up en route to a 17-6 victory over Concord Wednesday.

The two-time defending Division II champion Cougars (14-0) had a 7-2 lead after the opening 12 minutes and a 8-4 advantage at halftime. Derryfield led by at least four and by as many as 11 goals in the second half, holding Division I Concord (3-11) to one tally in each of the final two quarters.
