Derryfield boys lacrosse cruises to win over Milford

MILFORD – Michael Chiasson and Jimmy O’Brien combined for seven goals and six assists to lead the Derryfield School boys lacrosse team to a 19-1 win over Milford on Wednesday.

Chiasson had five goals and a helper while O’Brien added two goals and five assists as the Cougars (5-0) remained undefeated in Division II.

Peter Thompson and Drew Johnson had two goals and two assists apiece for Derryfield while Ben Groves added two goals and Lee Sipes, Matt Dubrevil and Eric Mayer chipped in a goal and an assist each. Connor Glosner, Dan Smith and Ryan Quinlan had a goal apiece and Allen Mello made four saves.

Milford (1-3) got its lone goal from Max Urda and goalie Adam Audet made 13 saves.
