GOFFSTOWN – The Division I playoffs don’t start for another 10 days, but the Dover High School boys basketball team wanted to get a head start on what the postseason will be like.
Knowing that they’ll be on the road in the first round, the Green Wave treated Friday night’s game at Goffstown – a place many of them had never been before – as such.
After falling behind 8-1 in the first three minutes of the game, Dover picked it up defensively, turned stops into offense in the second quarter and did enough in the second half to come away with a 62-50 win over the Grizzlies.
