The Blue Hawks wrapped up back-to-back championships with a 2-0 win over Winnacunnet in Sunday’s finale, receiving all of the first-place votes in the poll. The Warriors ended up second after holding the top spot for the final few weeks of the regular season.
John Stark, which won the Division II title for its first championship in program history, grabbed the No. 3 spot, just a few points behind Winnacunnet. Dover, which fell to the Warriors in the D1 semifinals, came in at No. 4.
Souhegan, the runner-up in D2, round out the top five, while Windham, which was also a semifinalist in D1, came in at No. 6. Portsmouth, a semifinalist in D2, finished the year at No. 7.
Gilford, the undefeated D3 champion, and Bedford, which lost to Dover in the D1 quarterfinals, tied for the eight spot, while Hollis Brookline, a semifinalist in D2, moved into the poll for the first time at No. 10.
