GOFFSTOWN – Marisa McLaughlin can tell when the Goffstown High School girls lacrosse team is ready to play based on how much energy the Grizzlies have before the game.

For Tuesday’s Division II preliminary-round game against Kingswood, the energy was off the charts for the Grizzlies.

No. 6 Goffstown opened the game with four goals in the first five minutes, led by a baker’s dozen at halftime, and never looked back on the way to an 18-2 win over No. 11 Kingswood in a game played at Saint Anselm College’s Grappone Stadium.
