Kaity Morency also had a goal and Kristin Kezar made 10 saves for the Spartans (2-4) in the Division II contest. Rebecca Cleary made eight saves for Milford (1-6).
Morency put Pembroke on the board with 26:50 left in the first half, when her shot from about 25 yards out was just out of Cleary’s reach. Harlow made it 2-0 with 8:27 to go until halftime, sending in a direct kick that Cleary got a piece of before it found the back of the net.
Milford came close to cutting the lead before halftime, when Erin McGuire headed a corner kick off the cross bar and then shot the rebound right at Kezar.
Harlow made it 3-0 a little more than five minutes into the second half, but Milford controlled play after that, as the Spartans looked to get on the board. Milford had a few scoring chances, but Kezar was there each time to preserve the shutout.
