MERRIMACK – For most of the school year, Owen Huard is in his metals class at Londonderry High School on a late Monday morning.
Not during spring vacation week. Huard and his Londonderry boys lacrosse teammates were at Merrimack, taking on the Tomahawks instead.
After a bit of a slow start that saw the Lancers trailing by two at halftime, Londonderry’s offense woke up in the third quarter and the defense held off a late Merrimack charge for a 9-8 win in a Division I contest.
