Like many people across the world, Triston Delicema has the Olympics on his mind.
But while most of those folks are preparing for the start of the 2018 Winter Olympics on Friday, the Nashua High School North junior is thinking of the summer games.
Perhaps the ones in Paris in 2024, or maybe, if everything goes right, in 2020 in Tokyo.
A year ago, it might have seemed like a distant dream for Delicema, but a lot has changed in that time. Since then, he’s get a state outdoor track record and a New England championship among his list of accomplishments.
It wasn’t too long after that, Delicema received a phone call that could potentially put those dreams on a faster track.
