NASHUA – The Nashua High School South boys basketball team stuck to its game plan on Friday evening. The Panthers knew in order to keep up with explosive Nashua North, they needed to slow the game down, maximize possessions and try to make life difficult for the Titans with strong on-ball defense.

NASHUA – The Nashua High School South boys basketball team stuck to its game plan on Friday evening.

The Panthers knew in order to keep up with explosive Nashua North, they needed to slow the game down, maximize possessions and try to make life difficult for the Titans with strong on-ball defense.

South built an 11-point halftime lead by holding the Titans’ high-octane offense to 14 points in the opening 16 minutes, and then the Panthers withstood a second-half push by making just enough plays in the fourth quarter to chalk up a 42-35 victory.
