Nashua South moves up in final New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Football Coaches Poll of regular season

Bedford was again an unanimous choice as the No. 1 team, getting all 14 first-place votes, while Manchester Memorial received every vote for the second position. Both teams received first-round byes in the postseason and will play in the D1 quarterfinals on Nov. 14.
South, which moved up one spot to finish at No. 3, will host Londonderry in the D1 preliminary round Friday night. Meanwhile, Pinkerton, which dropped a spot to No. 4, received a first-round bye and is off until Nov. 14.
Bishop Guertin remained at No. 5 before its D1 preliminary-round game against Nashua North on Saturday while Windham held on at No. 6 and will host Concord in the D1 prelims, also on Saturday.
Winnacunnet is at No. 7 this week going into a D1 preliminary-round game on Friday against Exeter, while Salem held on at No. 8. The Blue Devils will host Portsmouth-Oyster River on Friday in the prelims.
Souhegan, the lone D2 team in the poll, is the top seed and will take on St. Thomas in the quarterfinals on Saturday while Exeter rounded out the top 10.

Also receiving votes: Plymouth (8-1), 7; Concord (4-5), 3; Londonderry (4-5), 2; Monadnock (9-0), 1.
The coaches poll is voted on by football coaches from around the state and members of the media. This will be the final poll until after the playoffs are complete.
