The last week of the regular season begins Monday, and as the games begin, the NHHSSports Field Hockey Coaches Poll gets a good shakeup.

All but two teams changed spots this week, with Keene remaining at No. 1 for the fourth week in a row. The Blackbirds received nine first-place votes to remain in the top spot, as they’ll finish the year hosting Manchester Memorial-Central on Monday and then  going to Goffstown on Wednesday.

Exeter moved up a spot to No. 2 and the Blue Hawks will host Merrimack on Wednesday before traveling to Nashua South on Friday. Dover jumped three spots to third this week and closes the regular season at Merrimack on Tuesday and home to Windham on Wednesday.

Bedford, which dropped to No. 4, hosts Londonderry on Monday and then goes to Portsmouth on Thursday, while Concord, which stayed at No. 5, travels to Winnacunnet on Monday and hosts Timberlane on Wednesday.

Bishop Guertin fell two spots to No. 6 and goes to Pinkerton on Monday and then hosts Londonderry on Wednesday at Rivier University. The Astros held on at No. 7 and will wrap up their regular season Wednesday at home against South.

Winnacunnet moved up one spot to eighth and the Warriors will head to Salem on Wednesday for their final game. Hollis Brookline, which dropped a spot to No. 9, goes to Plymouth on Tuesday and then to Souhegan on Friday.

Oyster River remained at No. 10 and will end the season with home games against Kennett on Tuesday and ConVal on Friday.
