NHHSSports Football Performances of the Week (Nov. 4)

Every week during the football season, on the Ninth State Sports Show podcast, Joe Marchilena and Mike Lochman will each select a Player and a Team of the Week from the previous weekend’s performances.

Here are the selections for Week 9:

Player of the Week

• Mike’s Pick: Liam Hart, Monadnock. The junior ran for 141 yards and four touchdowns on offense and returned a fumble for a touchdown as the Huskies rolled to a 46-12 win over Campbell.
• Joe’s Pick: Sam Levine, Nashua South. The senior scored the game-winning touchdown on a 60-yard catch-and-run in the Panthers’ 25-21 win over Pinkerton. Levine finished with 163 yards on offense.

Team of the Week

• Mike’s Pick: Hillsboro-Deering. The Hillcats clinched the top seed in Division IV with a big win, knocking off Raymond 54-18.
• Joe’s Pick: Somersworth. The Hilltoppers found themselves in the final playoff position in Division III following a 28-6 win over Stevens.
