The final week of the regular season is here, and in the week’s NHHSSports Girls Lacrosse Coaches Poll, two pairs of teams flipped spots.

Pinkerton and Souhegan traded their positions in the top five, while Exeter and Hollis Brookline did the same near the bottom of the top 10. Portsmouth held on to the No. 1 spot again, although Bishop Guertin, which remained at No. 2, was able to take a pair of first-place votes.

The Clippers will end with a busy week, as they go to Concord on Monday, host Dover on Wednesday and then wrap up the regular season at Souhegan on Friday. Meanwhile, the Cardinals will be on the road all week, with games at Groton-Dunstable (Monday), Nashua North (Wednesday) and Newburyport (Thursday).

Bedford remained at No. 3 for the second week in a row and ends the regular season with games at Merrimack on Monday and at home against Londonderry on Wednesday.

Pinkerton moved up a spot to No. 4 for the first time since the second poll of the season, while Souhegan dropped to five after occupying fourth for the last four weeks. The Astros will host Nashua North on Monday before closing the regular season at Souhegan on Wednesday. The Sabers will also go to Dover on Monday before games against Pinkerton and Portsmouth.

Winnacunnet remained at No. 6 this week and the Warriors will host Hollis Brookline on Monday and Spaulding on Wednesday before ending the regular season at Exeter on Thursday. Windham stayed at seventh, with remaining home games against Goffstown and Keene-Monadnock on Monday and Thursday, respectively.

Exeter moved up to No. 8, trading spots with Hollis Brookline, who went down to No. 9. The Blue Hawks will go to Nashua South on Monday before finishing the year with home games against Merrimack (Wednesday) and Winnacunnet (Thursday), while the Cavaliers go to Winnacunnet on Monday and then host Spaulding on Friday.

South, which held on to the final spot in the poll, will go to Keene-Monadnock on Wednesday and Merrimack on Thursday after hosting Exeter.

Here is the NHHSS Girls Lacrosse Coaches Poll for this week. These are the top 10 lacrosse teams in the state, with records, first-place votes/points, and last week’s ranking (T=tie).
