DERRY – As the season moves along, Steve Gaudreau is hoping to see a little more consistency from start to finish from the Pinkerton Academy boys lacrosse team.

For now, getting a win over a good team in the first week of the season is just fine.

After a slow start, the Astros went on a 7-0 run over the final 14 minutes of the first half and held off a late charge by Bedford for a 12-6 win over the Bulldogs on Saturday.
