There wasn’t much time for the Pinkerton Academy football team to feel sorry for itself.

After Bishop Guertin scored with under five minutes to play in last Friday’s Division I quarterfinal, it was still a two-point game and the Astros still needed to defend the ensuing two-point conversion. 

While the Cardinals briefly celebrated the touchdown, the Astros regrouped.
