Pinkerton Girls Basketball to be featured on winter edition of The Season

The Pinkerton Academy girls basketball team is ready to make some noise this season.

With almost all of its lineup returning, the Astros look to improve on a quarterfinal appearance from a year ago, and fans across the state will get an up-close look at how they do.

For the first time, Pinkerton girls basketball will be featured on “The Season,” the behind-the-scenes video series from NH-HighSchoolSports.com. The first episode will be released on Dec. 26, with new episodes posted every Thursday starting on Jan. 4.

It’s the first time a program from the school, located in Derry, will be featured. Pinkerton will be the third basketball team featured, following the Souhegan boys (2012) and the Bishop Guertin girls (2019-20) teams.
