AMHERST – Through one half Tuesday night, the Souhegan High School field hockey team was doing a lot of the things it wanted to against Goffstown.
The Sabers just didn’t have the numbers on the scoreboard to show for it.
That changed in the second half, as a couple of adjustments, including one on its penalty corners, helped Souhegan’s offense erupt for four goals in the third quarter on the way to a 6-0 win over the Grizzlies in a Division II game.
