MANCHESTER – Things aren’t always as bad as they seem.
Although it may have felt to the Derryfield School boys lacrosse team that it was facing a big deficit at halftime of Saturday’s game against Bedford, the Cougars were down just one goal.
After having that pointed out, Derryfield picked it up in the second half, outscoring Bedford 5-1 in the third quarter on the way to a 9-7 win over the Bulldogs in a non-division game.
