This week’s New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Football Coaches Poll gets a shakeup
For the first time this season, a team is a unanimous pick for the top spot and a new team has cracked the top two in the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center/NHHSSports Football Coaches Poll.

Bedford, which has been at the top of the poll for seven of the eight weeks this season, received all 15 first-place votes to become the consensus pick for the No. 1 spot this season. And for the first time, a team other than Pinkerton is second, as Manchester Memorial moved up one spot to No. 2 following its 28-25 win over the Astros.
Pinkerton moved down one spot to No. 3 and the Astros face another big test this week, as they host Nashua South, which moved up two spots to No. 4. Bishop Guertin dropped one spot to round out the top five.
Windham climbed up one spot to come in at No. 6 this week while Winnacunnet dropped two spots following its loss to Salem. The Warriors took the seventh spot in the poll while the Blue Devils moved up one place to No. 8.
Souhegan, the lone Division II team in the poll and the last undefeated team in its division, moved down one spot to No. 9 and Exeter remained at No. 10 for the second week in a row.
