A week after a shakeup, the NHHSSports Boys Lacrosse Coaches Poll remained the same.

Bishop Guertin was the unanimous choice at No. 1, getting all 18 first-place votes to finish in the top spot for the 32nd week in a row. The Cardinals picked up four wins last week and will be off until hosting Xaverian Brothers, of Westwood, Mass., on Thursday and then playing at Concord on Friday.

Bedford tightened its grip on the No. 2 spot ahead of Portsmouth, which remained third. The Bulldogs go on the road for three games this week, heading to Salem on Monday, to Exeter on Wednesday and to North Andover (Mass.) on Friday night. Meanwhile, the Clippers will host Kennett on Wednesday before traveling to Derryfield on Thursday.

Exeter held off Derryfield for the No. 4 spot, with the Cougars rounding out the top five. The Blue Hawks play at Manchester on Monday before hosting Bedford on Wednesday and Salem on Friday. Derryfield has two top 1o matchups this week, going to Timberlane on Tuesday before hosting Portsmouth.

The Owls came in at No. 6 again, just ahead of Pinkerton at No. 7. After hosting Derryfield on Tuesdya, Timberlane welcomes in Kingswood on Friday before going on the road to face Hillsboro-Deering/John Stark on Saturday. The Astros have three road games this week, going to Concord on Tuesday, to Dover on Friday and traveling to Northborough, Mass., to face Algonquin on Saturday.

St. Thomas stayed at No. 8 but closed the gap with the teams in front of it, despite dropping a pair of games last week. The Saints will host Oyster River-Newmarket on Tuesday and Merrimack on Wednesday before going to Hillsboro-Deering/John Stark on Friday.

Windham remained at No. 9 heading into Tuesday’s home game against Hollis Brookline. The Jaguars also head to Keene-Monadnock on Friday. Londonderry once again rounds out the top 10 and the Lancers have just one game this week, at home against Nashua North on Thursday.

Here is the NHHSS Boys Lacrosse Coaches Poll for this week. These are the top 10 lacrosse teams in the state, with records, first-place votes/points, and last week’s ranking (T=tie).
