The regular season is a week old, but so far, not much has changed in the NHHSSports Girls Lacrosse Coaches Poll.
Portsmouth added a few more first-place votes, picking up seven this week, to grab a better hold on that top spot, while Bedford received three first-place votes to hold on to No. 2. The Clippers play just once this week, going to Nashua North on Monday, while the Bulldogs head to Pinkerton on Monday for their only game of the week.

Bishop Guertin held on to third heading into a week where the Cardinals will host Salem on Tuesday and Winnacunnet on Saturday. Pinkerton stayed at No. 4, with the Astros scheduled to host Bedford on Monday before going to Exeter on Friday.
Nashua South and Souhegan remained at Nos. 5 and 6, respectively, with the two teams scheduled to play in Amherst on Wednesday. The Panthers also travel to Concord on Monday and Windham on Friday, while the Sabers go to Merrimack on Tuesday.
Winnacunnet makes the biggest jump of the week, moving up to No. 7 after opening the year 10th. The Warriors host Merrimack Valley on Monday before playing at Windham on Thursday and at Bishop Guertin on Saturday.
Dover, which had been tied for seventh last week, comes in at No. 8, while Exeter moves into the poll for the first time this year at No. 9; the two will play Monday at Dover. The Green Wave will also host Nashua North on Friday, while the Blue Hawks go to Goffstown on Wednesday before hosting Pinkerton on Friday.
Windham moved down a spot to round out the top 10. The Jaguars have three home games this week, hosting Pembroke on Tuesday before welcoming in Winnacunnet and Nashua South on back-to-back days.
