- Bishop Guertin, 16-2 (1/100), 2nd
- Derryfield, 18-0 (83), tied 3rd
- Bedford, 12-6 (74), 5th
- Exeter, 12-7 (54), 8th
- Londonderry, 13-4 (52), tied 3rd
- Dover, 17-0 (50), 6th
- Concord, 11-7 (27), 7th
- Portsmouth, 14-3 (22), 9th
- Souhegan, 8-8 (18), 10th
Also receiving votes: Hopkinton, 15-0 (10); Hanover, 10-8 (4); Hollis Brookline, 15-3 (2).
Voting is done by a handful of coaches from all three divisions and members of the media.
